The fishing in the bay the past week has been very good with plenty of big fish being landed and an assortment of species. One day this week while anchored on a deep water reef,we caught Pollack,coalfish,cod,Ling,bull huss,dogfish,pouting,conger,cuckoo wrasse,Ballan wrasse,mackerel,sandeel,whiting and tagged and released a common skate aprox weight 100lbs.The other days proved just as productive with an amazing amount of good sized cod caught on perks ,feathers and jellies along with Pollack conger ling.On the Lady Patricia yesterday they landed 2 common skate and lost 2 the heaviest 130lbs.
